(1) With respect to entities, their net assets shall not be less than RMB 10 million; and
(2) With respect to individuals, their financial assets shall not be less than RMB 3 million or their personal average annual income in the last three years shall not be less than RMB 0.5 million . (1) Pension funds such as social security funds and enterprise pensions etc. and social non-profit foundations such as charitable funds etc.;
(2) Investment plans established according to law and filed with AMAC;
(3) Private fund managers and their employees who invest in the private funds they manage; and
(4) Other investors specified by CSRC.

Quantitative Researcher (Intern / Full-time)
Job Responsibilities
1. Collect, analyze and process various data;
2. Process, model and analyze trading data;
3. Assist in participating in quantitative strategy research and development, and generate feasible profit-making strategies; specifically, develop strategies based on ideas about stock, futures and option trading, process data, back-test the strategy history, keep track of and assess strategies, improve strategies, and compile strategy reports;
4. Keep track of, analyze and assess quantitative investment strategies;
5. Take part in researching special subjects, and complete various tasks assigned by mentor.
Job Requirements
1. Received a bachelor’s degree in science and engineering (mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer, etc.) or above from a domestic or foreign prestigious college or university;
2. Python programming skill, familiar with numpy and pandas;
3. Experience in academic research, or mathematics/statistics modeling preferred;
4. Quick-witted, careful, meticulous, and execution-oriented;
5. Communication and coordination abilities, and teamwork spirit;
6. For internship, we prefer at least 3 working days per week for min. 3 months.
Quant Developer (Intern / Full-time)
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage, maintain and clean various high-frequency data in financial stocks and futures program trading;
2. Keep track of, analyze and assess the performance in quantitative investment strategies;
3. Develop quantitative research platforms, back-testing systems, mathematics tools, etc.;
4. Assist with analysis of trading data.
Job Requirements
1. Fresh graduate from one of the top universities in terms of science and engineering majors, with the bachelor’s degree or above in computer, mathematics, physics or any other related majors;
2. Good at thinking about and solving problems, and take the initiative to study intensively;
3. Strong programming ability, and a necessary ability to write C++;
4. Better to be familiar with C++11, or Python;
5. For internship, we prefer at least 3 working days per week for min. 3 months.
C/C++ Developer (Intern / Full-time)
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in developing and maintaining efficient financial product trading systems, with trading types covering stocks, options and futures;
2. Assist in designing and developing a high-performance C++ library, low-latency network library;
3. Assist in developing and maintaining the current high-performance trading system, including strategy, execution, risk and other modules.
Job Requirements
1. Graduate from one of the top universities in terms of science and engineering majors, with the bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related major;
2. Good command of C++11 or Python, and familiar with common data structures and algorithms;
3. Familiar with C++ development and debugging and testing technologies in the Linux development context;
4. Know TCP/IP and socket programming;
5. For internship, we prefer at least 3 working days per week for min. 3 months.
Python Developer (Intern / Full-time)
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain stock and future databases;
2. Analyze trading data; analyze risks after the trading, and analyze tradings;
3. Assist in developing the risk management operation and maintenance system for tradings;
4. Analyze daily risk management and real-time risk management of the Company’s products;
5. Data cleaning and database entry.
Job Requirements
1. Graduate from one of the top universities in terms of science and engineering majors, with the bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related majors;
2. Familiar with python, have a comprehensive understanding of basic grammar of python, basic data structures and common libraries, familiar with basic usage and functions of numpy and pandas, and proficient in MySQL;
3. Armed with some fundamentals of mathematical statistics, and passionate about dealing with data;
4. Familiar with performance characteristics of python and object-oriented design modes, and have a full understanding of nature of dynamic language.
5. For internship, we prefer at least 3 working days per week for min. 3 months.
